Delivery Information

You will receive a tracking email when your order has been dispatched. Our couriers will provide you with a delivery time slot on the day of delivery. You have the option to mark your delivery to be left in a safe place or leave it with a neighbor. We cannot be liable for non-deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable on the day of delivery. Please note we cannot replace or refund perishable items that have spoiled due to non-delivery.
